ImagineGrok ("we", "us") operates Grok Imagine at imaginegrok.org, an online AI service that helps users generate and edit images and videos, including text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video tools with Normal, Fun, and Spicy creative modes. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Grok Imagine on imaginegrok.org is an independent product. ImagineGrok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI, X Corp, Grok, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any third-party AI model provider. We do not distribute or license third-party commercial music catalogs.

1. Service use
You may use Grok Imagine only for lawful purposes and only with media and prompts that you have the right to upload and process. You may not use the service to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other third-party rights. Only upload photos of people (including public figures) and pets that you have the right to use.

2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or behavior that harms the platform.

3. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant ImagineGrok a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

4. Generated output
AI-generated outputs may vary based on input quality, prompts, and model behavior. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them, and for respecting the rights, likeness, and publicity interests of any person depicted. Do not rely on generated media for legal, medical, identity, or safety-critical purposes.

5. Payments
Paid plans, credits, or subscriptions are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Taxes may apply where required. Charges are covered by our 30-day Refund Policy or where required by applicable law. Failed renders are never charged.

6. Prohibited uses
You may not use Grok Imagine to create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, exploitative, hateful, or sexually explicit material involving minors, or to create non-consensual intimate imagery of real people. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Third-party platforms and music
Generated videos may include AI-generated audio, not licensed commercial tracks. If you replace the audio with a third-party song and post to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or any other platform, you are responsible for obtaining any rights or licenses required.

8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation speeds, or permanent storage of uploaded files or outputs unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImagineGrok and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
